As part of the National Association of Environmental Law Societies conference held at GW Law in March, Professor Sean Murphy and four other experts took part in a panel titled “International Climate Change Strategies,” which discussed incentives for both developed and developing nations to combat global warming. Arctic Law

The International Law Colloquium Series hosted Professor Ted McDorman from the University of Victoria. His talk, “Legal Issues Relating to the Arctic and Northwest Passage,” delved into U.S.-Canada relations as well as environmental issues impacting the region and the law.
