Lula Chen, Program Manager, the Sino-African Institute of Sister Cities International

Join IAS and the Sigur Center for Asian Studies for a discussion with Lula Chen, the director of the Sino-African Institute of Sister Cities International. Ms. Chen's program focuses on building diplomatic ties between the two regions and she has traveled extensively throughout both. She will discuss the future Chinese-African relationship as well as ways that students can get involved with her program.

There will be a Q&A moderated by Professor Robert Sutter.
