The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has scheduled a hearing on the University’s Petition for Review of the National Labor Relations Board's decision to uphold the election results regarding representation of the part-time faculty by Local 500 of the Service Employees International Union. Oral argument will be heard on November 17, 2006 at 9:30 a.m.
