| The artist painting in his studio at night. this painting includes a painting within the painting. This was the artist's attempt to do a Titianesque painting, using his student dressed in an antique velvet Masonic Costume. Hence, there was a renaissance environment created within the old LeDroit studio. A simulated sculpture of John DeRosen can be seen at left. |
