Help is Available - Our students have access to a number of resources, including:

Dedicated Technology and Administrative Support Staff:
Our GW ETL staff members are available just for students enrolled in the ETL program. Our ETL support staff each members have nearly 20 years of experience working in Distance Education. As pioneers in the field of online learning, they and are highly experienced with solving problems typically encountered by students taking classes "at a distance."

GW Library Library Services:
The library is not just a big brick building anymore! Our library system's websites offer a number of resources to distance education programs/students, including resources for finding articles, getting a RefWorks account, and many other online services. There are also numerous ways you can "Ask a Librarian" for help from the convenience of your own computer.

GSEHD Career Services Center:
The GSEHD Career Services Center has a Virtual Career Center, as well as many other resources, including online "webshops" (workshops).

GW Writing Center:
ETL students can get help with their writing by scheduling an appointment through the online system and sending their papers to the GW Writing Center. Those who live in the Metro DC area can also come to campus for help too.

University Counseling Center:
A mental health professional is available to speak to GW students about any mental health related concerns 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
