Building on ER's commitment and example, The Eleanor Roosevelt and
Human Rights Project offers graduate students a unique opportunity to
combine diligent research, rigorous intellectual study and strong commitment to public service. The
Roosevelt Fellows will be selected from a national competition of students
committed to pursing post-graduate work in history, international affairs
and/or women’s studies. They will be expected to bring a strong
commitment to scholarship and service to the Project. The fellows will be based in the
History Department,
supervised by the project director, and must carry a full academic load and work half-time for the project.
