October 19, 2005 FRIENDS Block Party FRIENDS, a Foggy Bottom community group, held its annual block party in the Eye Street Mall between Ross Hall and the GW Hospital Oct. 2. The festivities featured food, music, and other entertainment, as well as information booths detailing the services and events in the Foggy Bottom/West End area.
