The facility — which includes a 1,600-square-foot small amphitheater, a 3,900-square-foot grand ballroom, a 3,100-square-foot continental ballroom. a 2,400-square-foot lobby and reception area, a 12,000-square-foot outdoor terrace, and four individual meeting rooms — was paid for in part by a $1 million grant from the Cafritz Foundation.
