CNN Reliable Sources Tapes at GW

In the first edition of Reliable Sources hosted by GW, the CNN program examined in-depth media coverage of the war in Iraq and the November 2006 elections. The special edition was taped Oct. 6 before an audience in the University’s Jack Morton Auditorium in the GW Media and Public Affairs Building. Hosted by Howard Kurtz, media critic for The Washington Post, Reliable Sources is one of CNN’s longest-running shows, premiering in 1992.

The October taping was the first of what will be monthly broadcasts from GW. For free tickets to be a part of the audience of future episodes of Reliable Sources, e-mail CNN@gwu.edu. For more information, call (202) 994-8266.
