Panel Addresses Higher Ed Costs

Local higher education experts, leaders, and students discussed the costs of higher education during a forum hosted by GW’s Center for Innovative Media at the Jack Morton Auditorium on Feb. 20. The panel sessions, which aired live on C-Span, were moderated by Frank Sesno, professor of media and public affairs and Emmy Award-winning CNN special correspondent. GW President Steven Knapp and William E. Kirwan, chancellor for the University System of Maryland, participated. The forum was co-sponsored by Public Agenda and the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education.
