"A Fragile Freedom: African-American Historic Sites"
Wednesday, Feb. 13 10–11 pm, Thursday, Feb. 14, 2–3 pm

Explores eight unique African-American historic sites in Boston, New York, Jacksonville, Florida, and Washington, DC Host James O. Horton, the Benjamin Banneker Professor of American Studies and History, guides viewers through the sites and reveals their surprising and little-known history. The sites show the strength of African-American communities during the 1800s.
