GW Joins American Academy Program

Research to Focus on Three Core Areas

GW is partnering with the American Academy of Arts and Sciences’ “University Affiliates” program and its Visiting Scholars Center. The center is comprised of 40 universities across the country, and will be officially launched in the fall, encouraging scholars to engage in research in one of three areas: science, technology, and global security; social policy and education; and humanities and culture.
