GW Makes Plans to Attend Block Party

FRIENDS, a Foggy Bottom community group, is planning to hold a community block party on Sunday, Oct. 26 from 2 to 6 pm in the Eye Street Mall. A number of activities and displays are planned for the festivities, including food, music and other entertainment as well as information booths detailing the services and events in the Foggy Bottom/West End area. The rain date is Nov. 2.

Formed two years ago, FRIENDS is an organization devoted to help promote good will and general understanding in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood.
