Foggy Bottom Entertainment Guide

The GW Student Association published a new Foggy Bottom Entertainment Guide, packed with discounts at more than 40 neighborhood businesses.

At a cost of only $10 per booklet, the guide offers $300 worth of savings that are good at a variety of restaurants, including those in the Marvin Center and Thurston Hall, as well as Foggy Bottom businesses such as the Froggy Bottom Pub, Esteem Cleaners and Metropolitan Optical.

The Entertainment Guide was introduced to GW and the Foggy Bottom community Sept. 9 in front of Foggy Bottom landmark Lindy’s on the corner of 21st and Eye streets. The unveiling of the new guide was one of the main events of Foggy Bottom Student-Community Day, which also featured the return of the GW Farmer’s Market in Kogan Plaza.

Revenue raised from the sale of the guide will go directly to fund the more than 300 student groups on campus. To receive a copy of the entertainment guide contact Devlin Keating at 994-7100 or stop by the offices of the Student Association in Marvin Center 424.
