Aug. 19, 2003 GWorld Replacement Fee The University announced a new fee for losing your grip on your GWorld. A lost University identification card now will cost $25. In the past, lost or stolen cards were replaced for free on the first incident. However, due to the large number of lost cards each year, GW revised its policy. Damaged cards or those printed with errors may be exchanged at the GWorld offices at no cost. The new policy applies to all GWorld card holders. The University community is encouraged to visit the “Your Card” section of the GWorld Web site, gworld.gwu.edu, for a copy of its usage guidelines for employees.
