New Parking Rates for 2004–05

The Department of Parking Services announced new rates for fiscal year 2004–05, as well as the addition of 90 new spaces in the Ivory Tower residence hall.

Monthly parking at the Foggy Bottom Campus for faculty and staff is now $163; monthly faculty and staff parking at the Hall on Virginia Avenue is $130; daily faculty and staff parking in the University Parking Garage is $10 before 5 pm, $6.50 entering after 5 pm and $6.50 on the weekends; and daily faculty and staff parking at the Kennedy Center is $5.50 before 7 pm.

Monthly fees for faculty and staff parking at the Mount Vernon Campus is $60, the daily parking rate for faculty and staff is $5.25 before 5 pm and $3.50 after 5 pm. The weekend faculty and staff rate is $3.50.

University employees are reminded that parking fees may be paid through University’s pre-tax payroll deduction option, offering significant savings on parking expenses.

Apply for parking online at www.parking.gwu.edu. Bring your vehicle registration and GWorld card to the Parking Office at 2211 H St., NW, to obtain a parking a decal. For more information call at 994-PARK (7275).
