The Master of Arts programs are multidisciplinary and emphasize United States and foreign governmental policy issues and policy-making. Course offerings draw heavily on the various academic departments of the University. Students develop competence in a world region or a major contemporary issue in international affairs as preparation for professional employment in government, international and nonprofit organizations, agencies, or business.
